Free ground shipping

Standard ground shipping (3–5 business days) is free on all orders within the contiguous United States.

Faster delivery and other destinations

UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air are available at checkout for faster delivery. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and international destinations ship by UPS. Rates for these options are calculated and shown at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm PST. In-stock orders ship within 2 business days. Custom builds add 2 business days.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Gift cards

Gift cards are delivered by email, to you or, if you send one as a gift, to the recipient on the date you choose.

Free shirt offer

When your order qualifies for the free shirt offer, the shirt ships with your order. To claim it, log in or create a free customer account. Limit one free shirt per customer.

Damaged or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, so we can make it right.

International orders

Customers are responsible for any duties and fees charged by their country or locality. International orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
